I'm a big fan of Karryn's Prison. Karryn starts out pure, but (assuming you're playing the masochist route) slowly she is corrupted and becomes a whore who'll gladly gangbang any group of prisoners or guards she meets, and starts prostituting herself with sidejobs. This corruption is, as I see it, the main feature of the game.
I know there are other games that feature corruption in some way, but I'm looking for recommendations on games where it is, again, a very major feature like it is in Karryn's Prison. I have played some of Noelle Does Her Best, Ambrosia, and Meltys Quest and liked them all to some extent, though only Ambrosia seems to go as far with its depravity as Karryn's Prison does.
