Hello everyone, first time making a thread here
Decided to make this thread to catalog great 2d animated H-scene games with Japanese/Anime/Moe art style (doesn't have to be a Japanese creator) since the good ones are far and few in between.
I do have a preference for male protagonist and no gay content, futa is acceptable as long as its with a female.
Below is the list divided by animation type, tier listed according to their gameplay and quality of h-scenes.
S-Tier will include screenshots/gifs of the title.

Fully Animated H-Scene
S-Tier [Must plays]
These are games that I find most memorable either because they're the best in their class or have really good animations, with enjoyable gameplay loops. You are missing out if you skip any games in this tier.
On a scale of 1 to 10, these games are 9.0+
A-Tier [Great]
These are games that I find high quality with great animations with enjoyable gameplay loops, I am nitpicking some details that make them 1 step below S-Tier. All the games in this tier are worth playing.
On a scale of 1 to 10, these games are 8.0+
These are games that I find enjoyable to play but quality is a step down compared to A-Tier. All the games in this tier are worth playing if you have the extra time.
On a scale of 1 to 10, these games are 7.0+
These are games that I find just okay. A lot of the games in this tier I cheated (for faster progression) due to poor or unenjoyable gameplay loops. Might be worth playing if it's a genre you are looking for.
On a scale of 1 to 10, these games are 6.0+
