It goes something like this
Touching, unzipping, undressing, ejaculation on girl, fellatio (mouth fuck), (something with nose, didn't understood how to use it), sex with rubber, sex, creampie on safe day, creampie on risky day.
(most of actions have two unlocks - first unlocks for upper body, then for lower)
maybe missed something, or a little wrong order, but you got the idea

unfortunately there are no much changes in story
she'll just become shy while you eat, later she'll start masturbate when you on walk or when she's in toilet in the evening and on max stats (I guess) she'll start to say "Brother" during masturbation. (That's all "love" related changes)

No wake ups or anything (also alert level doesn't end night, you'll just get timeout in actions until she have 1/3 of the alert level)

Impregnation doesn't change anything, she'll leave at the end anyway.

Visuals are pretty good (for my opinion), but gameplay lucks few more scenes(idk, peeking at least)/changes in story.

But for first "serious game" I guess it's a fine start.
I'll wait for his new games

beside some Japanese language, what is not an issue, there is the shower sound running in the backround, even there is nobody showering....

I thought this game was already on here. Is this an update? And last I checked the pregnancy tag was fake news or do I need to replay this?

Less 'didn't get the memo' and more 'no one cares because its a stupid thing to care about'.

Such a memo would be equivalent to saying "My uber driver is going so slow because he follows traffic laws. He should speed things up for my convenience by running every red light and plowing through people crossing the street".
