Identify 3D Fighting

Hello. So 3D fighter, you play as male, you can edit(create?) the female fighters. I believe you can obtain extra clothes or similar after a win(or a fight). iirc the fighting system included combos. The sex was optional, not mandatory.

Any help would be appreciated. Been trying to find this for a while now with no luck, can't remember the name, or who made it.

Edit: 2 of the stages I remember were a Casino, and a rooftop. There might have been a dark alley as well.

Edit 2: Just occured to me. The sprites of this game are 3D. The fighting though, is 2D.

I did, much later. It's called Customized Girls Fight. Initially I thought my PC at the time was just slow to play this game, but no, the game always seems to be somewhat laggy. Bummer.
