I do understand what I am asking for is probably very difficult to exist but I'm looking for games like Carnal Instinct or wild life wherein it's a true open world explorable game with action and rpg elements blended with quest completion and a lot of interactable npcs (Bonus points for character creation). Lifeplay or modded sims 4 might fulfill the criteria but partially however since is lacks action or graphical violence. Breeders of the nephelym also fits but again, no action or interesting storylines. I guess heavily modded skyrim would be the best depiction of what I am searching for where you literally can do anything to an npc if you have that specific mod while also having good action and open world rpg elements at the same time. Again, it's improbable of me to ask something like this but if anything crosses your mind, please do let me know. Thanks!
