It was 3rd person in the sense that you didn't have a main character that functioned as the protagonist. Instead you managed what I think were slaves. The game was heavily focused around the genes and dna of your slaves. I think it had features relating to gaining weight or muscle through exercise and diet. I remember it had a sandbox mode which allowed you to create your own custom genes that modified certain values of your slaves.
