Are you talking about that one quest on the cemetery? You are not supposed to kill Grim Reaper, he is invincible. During this quest you just need to survive until timer reaches zero. Or you can convince Grim Reaper to leave without fight if you have enough WISdom.
If you are talking about the quest on the destroyed outpost, you are not supposed to fight Grim Reaper here either. You can just leave a location and return to the quild for reward.

Here, I've put all the texts in a machine translation. Pretty easy to translate since it's simply .txt files. There might be mistakes though. I'd suggest you keep the original file in backup.

Thanks but this keeps running into bugs that pause the game cause it fails to translate

Yes, I just got back from a short holiday. I don't remember if I made some additional fixes compared to the 0.6.8.1 version I did. But it is synced with official 0.6.8.2.1 release as usual.

I got inspired by prior English patchers (looking at you CaiNanE) and have the latest patch as my signature now. I have no idea if I'll be able to keep it up but if I ever quit I'll remove it.

Edit : Problem solved (temporary fix), Using old version (LonaRPG [v0.5.7.0]) to team-up Cocona.
Move my save from latest version to play there(in old version) just to recruit her, it works > save > move it back to lastest version > play normally again.

been digging up previous posts but the solutions are for old version.... tried them but doesn't work (or i missed something).

if can't be fixed, is there any way to forcefully team-up with her (e.g. cheat, change save data, etc)?

P.S. in case it helps figure out what's wrong, I haven't apply any patch/cheat since the beginning and also deleted + reinstall if the patch/fixes doesn't work...

That looks like a translation error. But I am not sure. Download the ENG PATCH from my signature and try and see if the error persists. I did that quest with no errors or mishaps.

Thank you but sadly doesn't work too, tried your patch. in my case, it fixes the translation but not the problem.. but it's okay....
