I'm assuming NTR is an umbrella term for Netorare, Netorase and Netori.
An average Netorase/Netorare game but instead of the PC getting cucked, it's you getting cucked. Not sure about Netori though. The only thing I can think of for Netori is Kimi to Kanojo to Kanojo no Koi, though that's more like cheating.
So there either could be only 1 character that is self aware, the whole cast being self aware or something in between.
