Daz 8k HDRi image blurry

As shown below, any hdri image I am putting in this scene comes off blurry. Any fix?

Looks like an env. image .
If not, set the dome to finite sphere (with ground or not) and set its radius and multiplier to your likening.

Apparently it appears blurry in PBR but not even rendering.
