Identify A 3d unity game about parasite/alien infection

There was a game around 2020-2022 that i think was made on VAM/Unity which contained a short story about a male protagonist in a city wheres some sort of parasite/alien infection is happening which brainwashes women. iirc you could interact with them using a mouse like dragging cloth, objects etc. And there was something like freeroam/freesex mode where you could just place an use any object or human and interact with them
