No, I use a combination of distant light and the lights of the Product ( Ghost Lights ).
Ghost Light >>> specialize in indoor lights. A good Kit if I may say.

well, since I use the default lights and model my environment myself, commenting on the products you've mentioned is out of the area of my expertise. hopefully you can reach out to their vendors and ask for their input on the matter

As mentioned before - planes block distant lights. In my practice - try to off ALL lights and turn on them by one.
To detect DAZ internal error - remove all lights and add one linear point light with 500% intensity inside the "box".
If scene still dark AND camera place is OK = DAZ internal error.
