Honestly I don't know why a family guy parody game with Chris as the MC hasn't been made yet. And I feel like the generic plotlines would kinda make sense in said game. The perverted MC with a big dick (Chris), slutty mom that is hesitant but ultimately falls to pleasure (we know Lois is a freak and cheating wouldn't be something new to her since she cheats on Peter), the bitchy sister who's actually insecure so you help her find her confidence while simultaneously building a relationship with her (some vanilla stuff for Meg coz the entire town treats her like trash or maybe she developed a humiliation kink because of her trauma), the slutty aunts who likes a rough pounding(Loretta and Bonnie; Bonnie fits this description to the letter+we know she's always cheating on Joe) and other female characters in Quahog. Maybe someone could make it happen idk but this is a hot concept to think about even tho it's been repeated a thousand times but parodies done right is my favorite thing in the world. And like with any game like this, you add an optional NTR route for Lois with the black dude with the afro and now it's completely generic and would prolly be one of the best if someone good actually made it
