During the massage, you have an option to improve relationship instead of doing the massage.
The skills can be bought in the shopping area, in the wedding store.
Once you get to 100, it'll take time until that guy calls you, and you either accept the invite or reject.

Are you actually unable to do lewd massages? I'm so confused as to why the game has a tutorial where it warns you about being seen doing lewd things by customers when you don't seem to be able to do it at all in the first place?

With a lot of pain.
Press B to get into build mode
Press escape and click in the first menu (look like the one to paint the ground)
Click on the item, it shows up in front of you
Moves around and it moves around. Press R to rotate.
Don't bother making it look nice, only the starts counts. Just dump everything into a corner (just not the cashier, the bed, the ATM when you have them, and the chair or what you will use to get stamina back), some other items can be interacted with but it's annoying to place. Like why can you place them BEHIND the wall

I dont know how long it takes after impreg, but there is a toggle in the memory room for it. The character gets a large belly and it effects the character portrait, but the character portrait is bugged anyway. It seems most scenes are animated with a pregnant variety though, and I think some of the dialogue reacts to it.

Barely any content though, and the game is a mess both in terms of the design and the engine. I recommend just using the memory room, other posters have mentioned how to access it.
