A year ago I had made a post about this game. Unfortunately, I had no luck in finding it, I had given up and just let it go. For some reason, today, I had remembered more about this game out of nowhere. So, that led me to try just one more time in identifying what it was that I played! I will try my absolute best to provide you with as much as I know about this game in hopes that one of you know what the game is! Once again, some information may be slightly incorrect as its been so long, but I hope that what I do provide is helpful just enough! Sections will be separated for an easier read.
Plot:
This could be a bit skewed, but as I remember it, you're goal is to be the #1 battler because you want to be famous and rich. You decide to sign up to become one at the hall. You register and pick a partner. From there, you work with your partner day in and day out to achieve your dreams.
Game Engine:
RPGM or Wolf RPG
Style:
Pixelated sprite characters with a pixelated map. Your average RPGM game. When communicating with others, during H scenes, battling, and training- full art would appear on your screen.
Start of game:
At the start of the game, you are asked to pick between playing as a monster or as a human who is granted a partner. Upon picking monster, you'll be allowed to pick between all enemies in the game, and will face one of the partners. If you win, you get to have your way with the one you beat. Upon picking a human, you'll be led outside to where you then have the choice between a raven/crow girl, an angel girl, or a fox/cat girl <- (This is the only one i'm not sure of). You then make way to your home to begin training.
Training:
You will have the option to train endurance, stamina, health, etc. One of the options that I remember is sending your partner out into the forest to face enemies for exp and collectables such as money. Training is a heavy requirement as you need your partner to be as strong as possible for the arena matches.
Arena matches:
You are placed in a tournament style bracket. You don't see that bracket, but your goal is to win the finals in the arena/coliseum thing for reputation and more money. More reputation, I believe, equaled out to stronger battles, which would allow for more money and notoriety from other contestants who want to beat you.
Evolution:
Now, after you've trained enough and have gotten to a certain point in the story, you will have to get an item that when given to your partner, will evolve them over the night cycle. This evolution would give pretty much turn them into a full blown woman. You'd also have the option to toggle it back to the previous form, while keeping your upgrades from the evolution. Every girl gets 1 evolution, though you'd have to start a new save as you're only allowed just the one partner.
Losing:
Losing the battle obviously makes your partner incredibly vulnerable and she'll get taken advantage of. There is also a clothing tear thing the lower your health gets as well. I believe there was battle sex mechanics as well, but I could be wrong about that as its been years.
