Long shot but I was lookin through the 3d/unity/unreal filters and I remembered a game, I was curious to see if it got updated or dropped.
As I said it was unity/unreal, It was voiced (partially at least iirc) and the cabin looked really good, modern, more of a house actually with a separate house opposite (Guest house where the girls stayed, there was 3 girls) There was driving in the game, you could park your car in the garage attached to the house, you could drive to gas stations/shops where some of the quests were based (also a sex scene at one of the shops where you had to go early on). There was a basketball court in the backyard and that's pretty much all I can remember. The map was huge maybe procedurally generated? It was also on steam i know that much (If it still is idk)
