A game where you are a hero or a normal girl, and you can eventually become a whore or stay clean. Just an adventure game really where you can do what you want as a female protagonist.

Some quick recommendations off the top of my head: Meltys Quest, Treasure Hunter Mai, Rune's Pharmacy, Fallen - Makina and the City of Ruins, Ariadne, Tina - Swordswoman of the Scarlet Prison, Detective Girl of the Steam City
They're all JRPGs but really good ones, with exactly the theme you're looking for. If you're looking for western releases.. Good luck with that. There are some, but they're few and far between.
