Identify A game where we follow women and attack.

Hello.

I'm looking for a game, which is on this forum but whose name I forgot.

This is a stalking game where we follow different women in a night city and where we attack them.

I don't have any other info, I didn't play it, I just found it and lost it. There was "black alley" in the name I think in any case I had found it in my google suggestions by typing that.
