Identify a game where you live in a house with cinema

Hey, i'm looking for a game that i dont remember much from but the parts i remember is that there is a girl living in the same house as you and you teach her "sex" and one of the steps is buying/downloading a porno and watch it with her in the cinema and stop the scene in the correct frame.
