Identify A game where you're a summoned demon who takes over a town

I recall you're summoned by a girl who wants revenge on a teacher of hers or something. You slowly built up a base of operations before slowly expanding and eventually taking over most of the town. It was mostly text based as far as I recall, and there were some tentacle content towards the end. Anyone who knows what game I'm talking about?
