Identify a game which have a rule:balance

ı played a game before and ı'm trying to find it
there were monster girls ı think,and you are traveling on map and finding different types of girls and if you are in balance about harsh and soft you can get images.İn the main menu there is a text like :balance is everything

Was it text based or did it have CG?

If it had CG was it 2D or 3D?

If it was 2D was it anime style or western?

If it was 3D was it honey select or Daz or other?

Was the game complete/abandoned/on hold when you played it?

Also around when? Was it just a random pickup or if it was here was it in latest updates at that time?
