It actually wasn't Horheristo, just a japanese bro showcasing a gameplay clip, but other japanese users in the thread who asked about the game gets no answer, even tho they reply to others. I tried a google translated question to no avail.

LOOOL, didn't even thought about it because being honest i used yandex in the image and got the artist name in a rule34 copycat site, that didn't have any info of the artist, so i thought of searching it at danbooru just so because it had more images in the artist gallery and if maybe OP wanted to search more there.
