Can't remember the name, but you are a guy that's gonna move out in 7 days and your buddy tells you about this highschool where every night you can go pay for different things. It's more of a walking simulator and black and white.

Yep, that would be it, if only OP had stated the game engine. Now it'd be really awkward if it was like an RPGM game.
