from that looks of it, have you encounter valentina in mean city..?
or have you done ALL the main quests including krissi..?
just do them all, and maybe it'll trigger the main gate goon.
If not, I have no idea.
It's better you replay it from zero with the NEW update.
Don't used saves from thread or old ones.
You can miss it if you didn't save Valentina in Banditown BEFORE going to the Mean City Center. If Valentina comes in and deals with the TECH goons the quest will be available to you after saving Krissi from the Mayor.

I don't know if this is the best place to ask this kind of thing, but would there be another way to buy the game other than using a card? Unfortunately, mine is not international. Is there any way I could send the money directly to Paccsu and get the game? Sorry if this question sounds stupid.

- Fixed some typos and dialogue
- Aida intro scene sprites touched up a bit(head adjusted, neck fixed)

- game crashed while looking at the Quest Journal after you've gotten the golden locket(Golden Memories)
- Blind status now actually lowers hit rate of targets instead of increasing it lmao (-30%)

I just want new enemy types with lewd scenes, the enemies in this game are mostly just tentacles, robots, and ghouls. We need enemies like super mutants, insects, and animals, fallout has a large variety of enemies.

I agree but that it would make the game harder to keep it being sold on Patreon/Itch/Steam. Maybe if the dev sticks to fantasy monsters and the like instead? That makes me wonder which are the most extreme games allowed in those platforms.

you can kinda sidestep patreons rules if you don't mention or show pictures of more extreme content, legend of queen opala origin's patreon is still up and there is ALOT of rape and beasty content in that game, And that Isn't the only game i've seen on patreon using this tactic. In terms of a changelog, Paccsu could just make a text file and put it in the games folder so there wouldn't be any issues

But wouldn't that make the person buying have wrong expectations of the game content? I remember another option that jp devs use which is having a lite/safe version of the game available to buy with an optional +18 full restoration patch that you can download on the dev site, but that would also put the game on the same situation.
Aside of that there's the dev whole preferences, even if it can increase the sales it would not be right to force they to do something outside of what they like/can accept, plus consistency, normally games have set themes and if you put too much random stuff it can only degrade the overall quality of the game in the end.
1. The game already advertises monster/mutant sex so I wouldn't say they would get the wrong expectations, especially cause this is a Fallout parody and most mutants as well as some of the most popular mutants (Deathclaws, Radscorpions, Mirelurks, Bloatflys, Yao guai etc.) in Fallout are animals of some sort, also the dev could just make them anthros like rockclaws.
2. Zem's preferences I'd say are the most important thing here cause if Zem doesn't like that content then no one can force them to add it, plus no one likes working on something they have no interest in.
3. Like I said, monster/mutant sex is already a thing in this game. Adding more mutants would be expanding on something already present.
4. The game could also ask the player if they wish to enable or disable that sort of content when they start a new game or by adding something to toggle it mid playthrough.
(EDIT) Yeah Zem could also make a patch too.

I agree, I just don't want people to think the game is getting dry lewd scene wise due to the same enemies.
Agree as well on number 2, just suggesting some enemies but of course it's zem's choice not ours.

Bruh I have been having the exact issue, do you have any idea on what led to it being fixed? I played for half an hour and realized my save data was fucked.
