He never did, but there's so many interactions with shotas on this game, that I don't know if he's teasing the content for the future, or it is there just because.

For example, the kids poking the robot tits, and the kid that bumps into Aida.

Looking at the content in Zem's previous game, and what's in AIDA so far, they mostly use kids as a tool for embarrassing or 'showing off' the protagonists. No actual shota content.
