Doubt it, these all look like assets a dev would make by hand. If it was an asset flip, you'd actually see a lot more assets being used and you could usually trace them all back to a handful of assets on the marketplace. The dialogue system he uses looks like it's from a particular youtube tutorial so he probably made all of the assets through youtube tuts. I could be wrong though
