How about when you update the mod, you add numbers instead of the players click a choice?

How are you installing the mod, exactly? Step by step, I mean?
It should be as simple as unzipping the mod to the same folder as where the game executable is located ("amfa_episode015_v04.exe"). This is mainly so the modded files are placed in a particular folder structure matching how the game dev released it (also matching the folder structure inside the packaged files).
It almost seems like you may have moved folders around during your install.
On a fresh install of the game (in Windows 11), and with the mod installed, the "game" subfolder inside the main game folder should look something like this:
(I did some erasing in the screenshot to hide my exact system language settings).

I don't think those are all impatient response. Remember this is LaikDink's mod that Laik is not doing anymore.
so asking if JGNeon will be continuing to update this mod is a valid question as is if JGNeon will be doing this mod under his own thread so the updates will appear on the main page and in the game's op

True, but:
Always people shout for updated mod immedeatly after a update is released. This update was released 9 hours ago. Therefore a little patience shouldn‘t hurt.

On it, I'm downloading the update now. It's rather late, though, so I probably won't be able to update it until early tomorrow.
