Yes many downloaded it and they didn't get nothing . I think it is due to several use of link and mod just contain script files or if you are facing problem use mediafire or use this new link :

Go in main menu and in preferences you will get button with name scene gallery.

For unlocking developer gallery click cheat button first and near close button on right side there is a button with name variable click on that you will get variable screen and unlock Gallery as well and just click unlock Gallery for once and check gallery in main menu all images will get unlocked.
