I'm pretty sure that the reason there hasn't been any sexual content so far has to do with China's crackdown on pornography. In fact another Chinese foot fetish artist straight up paused his games and refuses pornographic commissions so he won't get arrested (For those curious I'm referencing the guy who made the game Socks!). It sucks straight up but it can't be helped. Hell at one point this game's creator had a few commissions of lady cobra and Kaori from Tower of Trample on his pixiv profile even a commission from Bowei of his oc dominating Ethan before he nuked his profile and started over.

Idk if it ever got a thread but the download links were passed around the Tower of Trample and the footfetish games threads from time to time whenever someone remembered the creator. It had more sexual content than what his pixiv pages normally contained.
