How can one call himself a fan of NTR when they do not wish suffering on all characters? They all must lose their happiness and peace at the end of this, wondering if it was all worth it, Laura/Luca might conclude it was...and then they proceed to lose more and more until they are nothing but broken miserable shells in a far worse state than before...together with Harry and Aya.

NTR is not porn, or even literature. Netorare ( 寝取られ ) just means cockold. Of course it's also tragic in most cases. Tragic stories contain suffering. If the stolen character is emotionally attached at all to their previous relationship then they will suffer conflict. The bull/antagonist generally is the only character that doesn't suffer, but that's not always the case, in the best stories they do.
It's simply not true that most fans like the content you're describing, as the best most well liked NTR stories are at least long, but often contain characters with varied emotional states throughout the story and sex scenes. I don't speak for most fans, but I like the drama and conflict of the relationship as it's strained. Once that's over I want a conclusion, most stories skip this part. I personally like to see the characters get some resolution.
Some stories the antagonist is the girl with a half baked sexual relationship with a guy who she couldn't care less about aside from his dick. Using him only to get back at her bf/husband/childhood friend for some issue or another. It doesn't even have to be intense it could just be casual sexfriend relationship. She may just want a baby, or have his baby before the gf does.
That conflict between the easy hot new and steady warm established going on in the stolen character's head and body is the main spice to the sex scenes. The cuckold could be out of the loop for all that it matters, he may never know and just rise the antag's child unknowingly. She may never notice the other woman's children look alot like hers, or her Mom's child is not from her ex-husbands.
NTR in the context of a porn VN, without the story it's not effective at delivering the porn or a VN for that matter. A story is literature. Don't believe me? Have you read a 5 page or less netorare story? Was it any good? If it was, then read a 50 page or more story then compare the two.

I don't see why you can't NTR a yandere. The target of NTR normally loves the MC anyway. Yandere is just a more crazy form of love. Sure it might be harder to NTR a yandere, but it's fundamentally the same thing.
If anything, you could argue Yanderes are the perfect candidates for a NTR story. The stronger the character's personality and their love for the MC, the bigger the fall.
