A question about MEGA

Just wondering so I posted this thread

I notice a lot of MEGA download links, many of them are missing or removed. Is there a new policy on MEGA or something that explains why many of them are missing?

I don't think it's new, they've always seemed more likely to get taken down. But a lot of people still want MEGA links. They did update their policy on mod type content though a while ago, that wasn't good for the mod/patch makers.

I see, it just that I seem to noticed them often missing quite recently, and I've been here for a while now. Anyway, thanks for the answer

It depends, if the person who uploaded it gets their account terminated I think they terminate all the uploads by them. Idk mega's specific terms on taboo porn, but I do know that they don't like stuff that would fall under rule 7 here.

If enough people report a link (there are always dickheads who does that), they'll delete it (reather fast if it's dubios/illegal content). Because they don't want a repetition of what happened back then with their predecessor
