I was going to bring that up after finding out about how prevalent long-term consequences will be in the game: if there are seemingly minor choices that have consequences later but it isn't clear which decision point it is, I can see many people getting annoyed and quitting the game/constantly complaining. I'd suggest maybe adding some internal monologue from the MC right before the choice with a touch of foreshadowing so people can figure that out and use it as a save point to go back to (or connect the dots on a second playthrough), vice starting from scratch and trying to figure out where they went wrong in whatever direction they're trying for. From what I can tell you may have already implemented this concept, like the citizenship choice or asking both the FBI and boss for apartment help, but no way to know for sure this early on in the game. I think most people will be fine with that design even if they have to go back relatively far to change it, as long as there's a fairly straightforward way of figuring it out (doesn't have to be spelled out or have a * or anything like that), and isn't one of seemingly meaningless choices which takes people forever to find.U should not make it hard,it can only annoy players.Nobody wants to 2 hours to figure out what to do.We in your mind it’s a porn game not PS5 game lol
So far everything is 10/10 from character design to story progression. Based on what I've seen, I can tell I'm going to be a fan of the game even it involves some grind in figuring out what to do. Just figured I'd bring this up as I've already seen a number of people talking about needing a walkthrough, etc. People will complain on this forum no matter what you do or don't do so you can't really win here lol, at the end of the day just make the game according to your vision for it and ignore the haters, but figured I'd try to help alleviate some of that with some hopefully helpful input
