The gameplay loop is basically: Wake up; go to field/dungeon, explore and beat mobs; come back (by dying or by choice); cook (unless you died, in which case the imouto will try to finish you off with her cooking); increase sister affection/ero by talking to her; sleep; repeat ad vitam.
The gameplay is mostly the field/dungeon part. It looks fine, but I do find it somewhat painful to play as an action rogue-like (if this even qualifies).

Some obnoxious bugs, too, like the items (including precious weapons) dropping in an area completely out of reach.
I don't have a QWERTY keyboard and keys aren't rebindable, so WASD is out of the question, although arrow keys do work. Maybe a controller would work better.
At this time, you can only spend time with the sister in the house, after coming back in the evening, and the choices are mostly dialogue or very light ecchi. No sex scenes or anything yet.
The number of possible actions with her increase as the game progresses, though, like getting her items (like the console) or increasing affection/ero.
There is some level of sleep play, but this isn't Imouto Seikatsu or anything.
