After you beat the red sludge boss in the dungeon and get the red crystal, while in dungeon, use the teleporter (right side running icon), a door will appear, enter it. Then give her the potion as you would give her flavored milk. Hope it helps.

call it whatever but its not enjoyable to me i dont know why you would even bother to add it in an H game if you're not gonna give it any depth or make it enjoyable.
