Been trying to play around with the Runtime Unity Editor but all the version I tried with this game doesn't work for some reason. Does anyone knows which version of BepInEx and Editor works for this game?

Oh thanks. I was wondering why nothing works. Wish the dev didn't encrypt it, I would've like to play around with it.
Didn't work for me, I had to go as deep as possible then slowly work downwards until I found the 1-pixel horizonal line that counts as "g spot", despite it being a massive lump in real life
Pretty much completed the game now, disappointing that there's no actual new content in the game like new positions, he put all his work into new voice lines

Since the dev have been encrypting all beta versions, there is no possibility of releasing them without encryption.
safer to encrypt it else it'll be a repeat of IVAV where modders uncensor it and then dlsite bans your game for not hard-baking censors

Is the needed .net runtime a file I gotta download from somewhere and put it in the data folder or how am I supposed to understand it?

and install it.2. Extract "patch_bytes.exe" and "level2.txt" to "HypnoApp2_Data" directory in the game folder.
3. Run "patch_bytes.exe", if it worked you will see "level2.bak".
Does anyone know what these stats does and conditions for them level up or level down. I saw Dependency level suddenly gone down to 0.
