EDIT:
After playing for maybe half an hour, this is a transformation/sissification focused game with some emphasis on becoming a pregnant woman.
Plot early on seems to consist entirely of a weird pseudo political take on where the LGBT community will progress society to in 25 years with women being seen as superior in every way (literally text from one of the items in the game) with the PC being a trans-curious male working at his grandfather's company where his boss is a woman, and all of his coworkers are women, and his first task is to make a gender neutral modern dress code...which of course means that he will wind up being forced to wear women's clothing because god forbid a woman wear pants and a dress suit?
Pretty much everything in the game seems intentionally geared towards sissification, even if the dev notes disagree about that.

As far as I know, nope, there is no management. You will inherit the management if you complete the game, but that looks like an end, not a gameplay.
