There are details given in the first post. In a link and in the spoiler for the mod.
It is a stand alone game based on version 14.8.4, it is not applied to the base game at all, and you do not get any changes to the game since version 14.8.4 (we are now in 14.11). Download all parts and unzip in the same folder, then download and unzip the fix over top, replacing any files when asked
There is Walkthrough in the Help folder, there is general tips & tricks how to proceed and if need be help to advance the story.

As Hese said above, the walkthrough helps a lot. Also, if you follow the apprentice path with the Severn Valley option enabled, the game flows smoother IMHO, as it's easier to acquire the necessary funds for the MC to progress the story.

on the murder path it's easier to aquire the mana you desperately need to advance the story though

Maybe, but with enough money you can just buy Rustic Stones in bulk in the New Age store. And once you get the Wealth spell, Golden gestures and Harvesting mana, mana is unlimited anyway.

Just saying there isn't a clear "better" path... each has their merrits... personally I love the fake murder path the most, you used to get all the girls aswell (haven't tried lately though)

For money/mana there are also the new start game options in 14.11i that give bonus money or mana to speed initial game play. Also an option to regenerate 10 mana per day

Wasn't her Chauffer limited to the Murder and fake murder path aswell?
And your Childhood friend which was turned into a thrall would have refused you on the murder path, yet accepts you being only a wittnes on the fake murder path?

Sofia is not present on the apprentice path, but instead there is a different Chauffer Angelica

Speaking of Angelica, can she be encountered on the conspiracy path ? She doesn't show up for me.
There were also some inconsistencies I came across while on the conspiracy path (Severn Valley option enabled). Some of them might be already known to you:
- Leanne stayed in the shop right until I possessed Mother Superior. Then she suddenly was in the church. I never encountered her in the graveyard, enthralled or otherwise.
- Miss Jones class room appeared (didn't charm her then), disappeared and appeared again.
- Hannah never send me an sms about her sister after she went AWOL, but I stumbled across Camryn's room in the apartments building, starting the quest.
- Lilith already went to living room before I made a pact with Elian.
- I never got Mom's SMS about the suitcase after she left for the studio. Got her reminder the next day though.
- I couldn't get back into the mansion for the appointment with Sarah for the press meeting at 18:00. Had to reload a save and use the cheat function to pass the time.
- The first time I entered Mom's bedroom after charming her, I got the dialogue about her evening out with Aunt Brandy, who I had charmed long before then.
- Spending the night with some of the women does not cause time to pass.
- Several women say they will dance at the club when asked, but don't show up.
- Causing Possession in the evening and ending it at night results in a game-over when the Sacred Clearing has become dangerous at night. Lilith doesn't protect you then.
- Hannah must have a real big bike. She can give the MC, Tina and Lilith a lift simultaneously. I didn't try, but maybe there's room for Elian as well ?
Still a fun game though, although I would have liked that the mayor stayed black when I transformed him into a female (read this as a grovelling plea for bringing in black girls into the game. They're severely underrepresented if you ask me)
