Usually this is because you have extracted the 14.7.1c update incorrectly and are just playing it, not the merged versions.
Check in the game folder, how many files are in the Images folder, it should be about 345Mb and 2700 files and 14.7.1c update has maybe 400 or so.
People using unix based OS's often get issues failing to merge folders and thus lose all the original files. Try
a) download and extract 14.7.1b. Try playing the game, does it work with images?
b) download and extract 14.7.1c over top, merging all folders and overwrite any files when asked. Play the game again

Alison works out in the Gym after you charm her and can be met there
If Tess is at the library she will return home at night (only matters once charmed). Similarly Leanne will leave the graveyard at night before...

Tracy will now spend the evenings in the living room, which can be visited at any time. You can wach TV with her to pass time (special once she is charmed), and there is a snack event. Also a one-off video of Mom
You can invite some people to join you for a swim at the Hotel Pool. Note: Louise, Tess have some variations most others are fairly generic
You can rename your character using the cheat menu

On the murder path you can kill the vampyre ONLY if Sarah gains control of her, this locks out the Tina events. On all paths you can refuse Sarah's request for help with the vampyre.

Can't believe you are still doing this. It's way beyond the original. Looks awesome, I will have to pick this up again.
I just really love how you have to actually play and discover the game features.
And that the rewards are actually rewarding compared to the effort put into it.
I still haven't been able to charm the matron though, I think I keep missing a particular step.

If by Matron you mean the Mother Superior, she is probably the hardest to charm. In general

Not sure if this is a bug or if I just remember/played wrong but Mr. B is nowhere to be seen. I saw hm the first few times at the start but after I got the book he's been M.I.A. Been looking for him too so I can uncharm and recharm the sister. If it still works the same way. I'll try again and do things in a different order. I need to be working on my own shit... breaks are good.

Mr Beasley will return on several criteria, primarily if you lose the Book and this will always happen after the Ritual with Kurndorf if you have not already. If you lose it earlier via the Vase quest then he will be there for the Amy + Catherine event
Can Davy be charmed now because I don't see his name on the list of people that you can't charm?

Yeah I just remembered that part on the replay. Lost the book but I ran into an actual bug this time. If you don't have the book and you talk to Tess at the hotel in order to learn the spell the game gets stuck because you don't have the book and there is no way to back out. That I saw.
