If I didn't get wrong idea, next version would conclude mass charming spell quest, right? Wondering if you can turn whole town under spell.

does not know if someone has answered when i write is answer (when i post it) but you need one of following stuff (not both only one but i guess both helps later in game)
one you need tina enslaved (she can free your sister from the other guys spell)
or you need to have a silver ring that you use near her and she will be freed
