Sorry I m unsure where you are and have this, it is possible she is home, and Davy is defeated but not quite sure. If that is the case there is little choice than to charm her. Otherwise it depends on where you are and the process to beat Davy

Please recheck, examine the skull on the altar, and then use Kurndorfs skull explicitly. If it is the one present you are given the option

I do not know the image you mean, there is nothing of her in bondage in the game, the Bologna mod has some but nothing in the base game. Some light domination sort in the photo album but nothing I can think of that meets what you mean.

There are some images where you meet her in the park in a trench coat but nothing bound.
