Initially, I came here because "regular" games always felt incomplete, omitting an important part of storytelling. Most games here of course are at the exact opposite end of this spectrum, they are solely about sex, storytelling be damned. But there is a few games that manage to do both and a Struggle with Sin is very very unique that way.
I truly can't remember a game that is as unapologetically a choose-your-own-adventure. NTR may be a sensitive topic for many, but its implementation here is masterful. The fate of each NPC can go both ways. There is always this sense of danger, but the game is never unfair that way. There is always a warning and a way to choose their fate, but you may have to work for it. BUT unlike so many happy brainless (and ultimately boring) harem games here, there is an actual sense of danger in a nasty but living and breathing world that boosts the narrative above and beyond most games you will play here.
Yes, it is still largely about sex, yet the story is much more than that. In the end, it is a master piece of world building, character building and choice and consequence.
