Review for v0.3.13:
Love the game so far. Just finished all the available content. Probably took about 8-10 hours but I didn't skip any scenes and read through everything.
Great setting for the story. Like the original premise. The writing is above average. Not the best I've seen, but definitely better than most of the many HTML games out here.
I prefer the real images/videos even if it's a fantasy setting. Considering the lore established the succubus as having minor shapeshifting powers, I simply headcanon that my succubus is constantly shimmering between hair colors, eye colors, etc during battle since it's harder to maintain a consistent appearance while distracted by fighting.
The battle system is fun and there's a good variety of skills/perks to unlock and discover. Yes, it can be a bit grindy in the beginning, but once you get your first few skills and perks, you can really start to snowball. I didn't have any trouble except in the first few battles. And I never really felt stuck in my progression either.
As for the UI, it's a pretty standard HTML game. Nothing fancy here. I will say that the addition of keyboard shortcuts is a great improvement over trying to click the blue links instead.
Overall, I hope the dev keeps up the good work. And would recommend anyone who doesn't mind a little grindy HTML game to try it out.
