A question to my bro RoughlySpecific: last update I played is 0.42,

what do you think? should I play 0.48a or should I wait more? everytime I play a new update, I replay from scratch using the cheatcode.

Personally, I tried to get into the new-ish content two or three times this year. Aside from playing through the new sexworld stuff (and being disappointed that there isn’t actually any content for roaming though the sex world, leading to game-breaking bugs)… I never really got into it.

I haven’t played through the rest of the main story. Likewise, I didn’t even play through the Hitomi route entirely, yet, though I probably will soon. I won’t bother with the Effie route until it is at least complete, and has some more scenes which aren’t just sketches or a black screen. The upcoming MomxSis bonus route might, possibly, be interesting, but I didn’t bother hunting down the few extra scenes (threesome at the dinner table and whatever else there is).

Altogether, I wouldn’t recommend playing the game in this state. All new content has extensive missing art, an unhealthy bug infestation (even if zerodead fixed some of them), and often entire missing scenes or content. Perhaps next year, when the team gets around to filling in the missing content. At the moment, too much of the game is muddy wasteland with a few signs pointing out that there should be content there.

this one is not complete, because there is a mission that lacks scenes, an example is the practice of drawing in the mc's room, where there would be a blowjob scene that was not added, and another and when it goes to Hitomi's apartment, where there are no scenes and everything black screen

I'm not sure I understood. I unpacked your .rar and put the "scenes" folder into ATownUncovered-Alpha_0.48a-pc/game

is it ok?

If you put the scenes folder inside the game folder, that's right, the game would just give an error. If you take the game folder from the patch, and instead of replacing the game's game folder, put it inside the game folder

Example: A Town Uncovered 0.48a/game/game

This would cause an error in the game

plus the right file and

A Town Uncovered 0.48a/game/scenes

One thing I noticed is that, if you do all the side missions first, when you go to the world of sex and come back, some scene changes can happen, like when you return home, you get a kiss from your mother, and when You enter the house, your sister goes to the basement and you go after her to talk

When you come back from school and Xina appears, your sister tries to invite you to the fort to calm down , or your mother grabs your dick when she goes up to the room

I did get locked after returning second time from the world of sex it didn't get me advance the story just asked me to go outside in the morning and nothing ever happens, also everything is very barebones in that part since safehouse everything is just white drawings

I honestly don't know what the developer gains by delivering scenes and events halfway, the first time I noticed that I thought it was an artistic license to give more tension to events like Xina's appearance at the protagonist's house, but it was just a sad and frustrating reality to know that it was only a job half done

LITTLE BUGS REPORT for you, guys:


So, I restarted a new game, after all:

1) the gallery isn't working for me: after a couple of days I talked to Edward, blah blah... I gave him the VR headset. I'm still waiting for him to give me the VR headset back after a couple of months. So, I guess something went wrong with my gameplay;

2) Effie's story missing CG - oh man;

3) Main storyline is conflicting ( = bugs) with side stories and side stories are conflicting (bugs that will get you stuck) with one another. Don't go to alternate world (first time) before completing the side stories!

4) Effie's story's bugged. If you go and see her at the café, tell her to make out and meet her at evening (at her place), her side story will reset and you will have to restart from zero;

5) Main story: if you receive the "fake" message from Effie (meet me at park), you must do it. If you delay (answering her next day or next week) and go to bed, a bug will make the game "erase" some events and you will have to redo some actions.

Honestly, I'm not sure I want to keep on playing. I think I'm going to sit on this update and wait for... some kind of miracle?

I found an error at the cinema, when calling the director to the cinema, in this case the code went to the allaway teacher, but now I fixed the code and you can call the director to the cinema and still receive a pacifier

When you get to this part, it doesn't matter which route you chose, there's a bug that doesn't let the story continue, you'll have to use your PC and skip 2 main missions to continue playing
