1. Install the apk
2. Open the game (the game will make a renpy readable folder)
3. Close the game
4. Open /storage/emulated/0/a_town_uncovered
5. Paste the patch

Fairly sure it didn't give the choice. The version was early though, this was ages ago.

Well unfortunately, that's about as far as I can help. Android's a mobile device OS, and anything worth playing on Android is usually found on PC, so I don't bother with Android games.

Hopefully someone with actual Android know-how can help you out.
