Just chat with him and choose the flirty option. Then you can choose the options for control as well and select to kiss him that should work for teasing and upping arousal. For revealing outfit in the pool, I can't really remember. I'd just brute force it and keep up your corruption and hang out in the pool, that'd probably unlock it eventually.
Unless you meant the cutdown bikini for Cheerleader, if you have got to that stage of game (make sure she has high corruption) just have a friendly chat with her and it should prompt you for it! (As long you have gone swimming with her before on the weekend). There are other requirements, but if you grab that walkthrough thats linked on the first page you can sift through the code and it actually tells you what requirements are. Or you just wait for a update and download then install which does that without all the hassle.
Edit: Unrelated to reply above but for those struggling with grind just use the cheats!
Go to the game folder and dive down this folder structure - e.g. AVeryFullHouse-0.26.4-pc\game\Classes\Misc_Functionality
Find patreon_thanks.rpy and change the 2nd line to $ patreon_password = "cheese".
Now when you are playing the game just go in the phone and click on the cheat icon and enter cheese as the password and presto!

It's solution in the discord in bug section check it out. Or have mira's arousal between 75 to 99 and jock arousal max you will get it.

he has to have corruption 6 and on the massage dont select the tease option
(probably needs the chore active too)

u sure he is at 6 corruption?
jock needs to be at 6 corruption then get him to do a massage and first option after getting to the room you select "*finish up* (probably while u have his masturbation chore up never tested without). to unlock the massage nap at couch when he is next to it.
