Each of those renders in 4K takes 3 hours to render (RTX 3090)

Time to upgrade your system then bruh... either go with dual 3090's or upgrade but expecting a 4 year old GPU to be sufficient for a profitable project is foolish imo. Especially in a field where processing speed, rendering capacity and image rendering efficiency doubles every six months.
