I actually prefer the 2nd one. The first one has all grainy effect when zoomed in. But All smoothness in the 2nd one.

I could be wrong as i am not a pro.. But 2nd is my choice.

The 1st pic seems more detailed although it has some noise. The 2nd seems a little blurry as DrDoug said.
I would pick the 1st.
