VN - Ren'Py - A Wife and Mother [P1 v0.152] [Lust & Passion]

It's an interesting game but it seriously lacks depth. I feel that pretty much nothing happens during the entire game. Barely any sex, any meaningful conversations, etc. I feel this game has good potential and great renders but not much is done with them. Unfortunately seems like this game isn't really going anywhere with such slow and lackluster updates as well. A shame as there aren't many fem protagonist games.

Many of the character decisions make 0 sense as well. Like Ellie not getting punished for a dangerous prank on her brother. Or the MC being afraid to wear a bikini to sunbathe in the back yard. The MC isn't smart enough to figure out a way to record a conversation or take pictures or get dirt on bullies. It seriously isn't rocket science and it's frustrating to see such logic gaps consistently throughout the game.

I suppose I would recommend trying it? It's not a bad game per say it's just lackluster and has some annoying issues. At the very least, the story aspect does not feel worthy of over $6000 monthly on patreon with the plot holes and logic gaps. I hope this changes in the future and my review with it.

My personal thoughts and important things in a game,to each his own:

Lots of padding and less main story, it also contains so many additional and not necessary images which means you get bored from clicking through almost the same image (slight change of the hand, or fingers...) for the next few minutes

Very slow updates,one every 2 to 3 months,the unnecessary padding time could be used to make updates faster

No sex

Wrong choice of some fetishes.I don't tolerate blackmail.this seems the norm among amateur developpers and writers it's the easiest way to get incest and corruption working

Very bad writing: characters have conflicting personalities,sometime they don't want to swim in bikini with son because they are shy, but when other times they use toilet at same time the son is showering,I am really confused by that logic,or lack of logic!

The main story seems too random and empty and i feel this is forcing the writer to add too many side stories which get you lost and deviate from the original theme of the game , you simply don't know or afraid which options to choose in order not to lose a big part of the story

There is almost no progress in any path of the stories whatsoever

Transitions and back music are a real frustration

Image quality is decent

No replayability

Conclusion: At first this game looks great , but when you play for a while you feel you get disconnected from its experience.this is mainly because of a built up of design and writing mistakes (done by almost all developpers)
I wish good luck to the deveopper of this game and i hope he realizes his mistakes and correct them for a better game and increased revenue on his page.

I wanted to give this game a better review but I could not, I'll tell you why.:

This game is a slow burn which can be a good thing, but this is not the case here, after minutes of play, you feel you want to go to the top X of the window and close it, in other words it becomes boring after few minutes.

The argument of being a realistic story imho is not valid at all in such games, incest is fantasy, it doesn't happen in real life, if it's going to rarely happen well at least not in such a family as sophia's family, it may happen (in extremely rare cases) in a broken family under sad circumstances, for example a single addict father/mother under forms of rape/blackmail... but not in a vanilla/romantic/erotic set, so imo the whole thing about being real is just an excuse to prolong development time.

I was reluctant to give this game a review at all let alone a 5 star one and I'll get back to why. Firstly though the game itself...

The game and characters are beautiful and the premise is great and unique.
It's paced and written beautifully and uses teasing and subtle hot situations to add sexual tension and I really love this as it makes the payoff so much better... in theory. Now therein lies the problem, this game's greatest gift is kind of it's biggest curse too. It's a slow burn. Now slow burns are great in complete games or when development times are quick because the gratification is there waiting for you in the not too distant future but this game seems to be quite slow coming out (not a critisism, just an observation). This in reality means that you're going to blue-ball yourself to a whole new extreme if you're playing this bit by bit for months (potentially years) by playing this update by update.
I think this game has all the makings of becoming one of the best ever but probably only when it's complete or at least near complete.
So reluctantly and cautiously I give this game 5 stars based on potential really more than anything else.

Edit v0.0175: Honestly this might be turning into my favourite adult game ever. It's overwhelmingly tense and hot for me.

I enjoy the more realistic approach that's taken for this game. You get to see the MC develop via choices you made,and it actually seems to provide different outcomes, along with well developed side characters. The renders within the game is really well made, and it's easy to see effort that has been put into it.

It's definitely a slow burn (I've played for a few hours and reach no full sex scenes yet), but it set's up a lot of exciting scenarios. The decision points kept me from ever feeling like I was being railroaded down a particular plotline. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes from here.

There was so many opportunities during the game to completely f**k up the whole story, but developers missed all of these, so they gave us a well deserved 5 star VN.

Its really hard to mention any CONS apart from the unnecessarily implemented "walking scenes" where literally nothing really happens.

This game is NOT FOR YOU if you are just looking for a quicky... as there is a massive story in the background with a huge variety of characters, personalities and a lot of talk, I mean a lot... bit its still OK.

I would not say it is porn ish, more like a "close to reality" erotic novell, so do not expect too much nudity and sex, but its more up to your fantasy.

Intrigued, hoping this completes filling out most of the characters already involved and continues to add progressive options.

Overall, models are great, backgrounds are ok, and the plot is great (as long as it is fluid with choice mattering).

Good morning, everyone. I am new to this site and here is my first comment... despite some difficult beginnings, because I did not see the usefulness of this game (because of lack of sex), I stuck and I played version 0.085.
Now I have to say I’ve become a fan and I’m looking forward to the next one.
I love this long set-up of upcoming events (well I hope not to hear too long not too much...) and the cases of consciousness that arise Sophia.
As you can see, I am a francophone and I am using Reverso for translation, so I am sorry for those who are going to have a nervous breakdown trying to understand me.

This is one of my personal favorites and the one of the most expected monthly game updates.

If you like incest, corruption, milf gorgeous with a great characther development, beautiful teen hot girls, with erotic scenes that take the time to develop the narrative as well as the sexual parts and also you like to decide how the characters will take decisions in the story... if you haven`t heard of AWAM game for any reason, well let me tell you this game is for you, and worth of your time to play it.

Pros:
- Nice renders. All the scenes are without texture issues and the lighting is of the scene is done properly.
- Good looking models. The mother model is well picked and it blends in with the story. The aunt is amazing too.

Cons:
- Unnecessary renders. There are scenes where we see more renders of the mother walking the hallway than interacting and progressing with character.
- Slow corruption. So slow that even banging a relative in real life would take less. As I've seen the game is on development for a quite some time, but the the corruption is going as slow as possible with no major interactions unlocked.

Good thing:

- Story. This is the main and most important part of this game. I do not know other games where tried so skillfully to bring the fetish of incest and the school teacher to the realities of life. Sophia's slow corruption gives us a sense of total immersion in the life and personality of the characters.

- Rendering. The quality of the images here is fantastic. The developer is very skillfully transmits poses, movement and even light. And all female characters are super hot even in clothes.

- Female MC. That's a plus for me. With such a detailed story and dialogues to read the thoughts of Sophia as she is a good wife becomes more filthy is very interesting.

Bad thing:

- Speed updates. Of course I would like to update came out faster and if the developer reaches the result at least once in 1.5 months it will be a huge success.

- The Good Wife Story. In my opinion a complete waste of time at this route. The scene of sex with her husband without any naked could be shown on the first day of the game after the move in the house. That would be enough.

The best for long and pleasures gaming! Story full of lust and passion. Most ambitious, realistic, detail-oriented, quality-focused adult game. Many different, fully designed and staged locations, and also many important and less important characters (and even background actors)!

Visual side of this project is undoubtedly it's biggest advantage. I can only compare it to such great VNs like those by drPinkCake. Models, details, scenery - everything of the highest quality.
Story is pretty average though, there's nothing that deserves exclamation. In my opinion incest themes are too common but that might be question of personal taste.
This VN has one but significant downside for me - the pace of action is SLOW. In-game days past one by one and there isn't much to watch. So is the 'fapping' material - a little bit shabby.

In overall, this VN is not bad but could use some kinky stuff and action speed-up.

I rate this game as terrible, not because I believe its not worth a better evaluation, but because it belongs to a category that has nothing to do with porn, but rather "erotica".

People complain (rightfully so, coz we're here on a site evaluating porn games) there has not been a single sex event outside the faithful wife route (in my opinion, completely pointless for somebody wishing to play a porn game). Oh yeah, sorry, except that scene where the son obediently finishes on his towel at his mother's request...

But I don't even see at this point how the developper can even start including serious porn. By the way, why would rendering a sex scene take more time and energy than rendering scenes of her brushing her teeth or loading the washing machine?

Porn is a fantasy, a deliberate departure from reality and its tediousness. I can't stand frankly the "its got to be realistic" argument. How could a mother starting a sexual relationship with her own kids ever be realistic, and if so, what remains a funny, exciting taboo in the porn dimension would become a disgusting, morbid crime in real life.

What should be, if this game ever sees Sophia the mom character giving her son a blow-job for example, a more or less immediate immersion into a crazy, totally implausible world of hyper-seductive, corrupted/corrupting MILFS, would become, in this game, strange and perhaps even sickening, precisely because the developper has, very successfully I believe, created a rather plausible world.

Nothing puts me off more than mixing porn and plausibility. But simply put, my evaluation's purpose is to inform those who want a porn game to look elsewhere.

Definitely was leaning on becoming a Patreon at first because I liked the slow burn and quality of renders. I liked how the female MC looked, and that matters a lot for me as I want to imagine myself at least in a reasonable way.

But, I got to the point where I am being blackmailed by some loser, and I did a hard stop at that point. I am really tired of female characters completely falling prey to this exact thing over and over in so many games when in real life if anyone tried that on me, I would literally destroy their entire life and family and enjoy it. So I can't enjoy that kind of unavoidable situation. I still think the game will appeal to a lot of men and some females that are more submissive. I hope people enjoy it

I think this game has the most teasing in the history of adult games. I get that you don't want to jump too soon into the H stuff, but it's getting ridiculous at this point (which I've said before). I bet when we actually get HJ and BJ form this game, it won't even be satisfying because the game will be nearing to an end at that point... Forget about the actual sex cause the only chance of that happening seems to be at the actual game ending.

In my opinion, the game also has too many characters what makes pleasing everyone even harder. There are some unnecessary renders as well.

Good wife path is totally worthless cause she doesn't fuck her husband enough (I know he's a looser, but still)
Filthy path should be called a teasing path instead (at least then it's actually true to the purpose).

I know, the dev aims for realism, but this is an ADULT game for God's sake. Enough is enough. There are good examples of semi-realistic games that don't need this much teasing to tell a story. However, he makes like 5K+ a month, so I guess he's doing something right.

As of now, I rate this 4 stars purely because of the render quality.

great game, great renderings and characters, the plot is good, I like that it is divided into several parts and unlocks different scenes, but:
on the one hand it leads the player to continue playing to get new scenes, on the other hand you risk losing some scenes and need to have more saves.
I also notice a lot of slowness in loading the scenes, perhaps caused by the high rendering.
Too bad for the few sex scenes not yet available, we hope for future updates

excellent continuation of the plot, there are some nice renderings, but the contents of the new update are very few for the waiting time, I go down to 3 stars

the number of renderings is considerable, but the story has advanced too little; the game starts with the render of sophia sleeping, the render after is the same with only the different alarm time; many renderings useless and then the main scenes, such as sex with her husband, have animations consisting of only 2 frames. too much eroticism and little sexual content; I'm not saying that the MC has to fuck right and left but something hotter should happen, I confirm 3 stars

- best plot
- best longevity (but not also great, I hate in 97% of games we have sex scenes too early too soon so u lost curiosity and imagination)
- best characters (not same like in many games where all NPCs are empty)
NOW FOR THE WORST PART:
- dev said he have to go to surgery in september , it smells like many great games from the past that this could be abandoned
- waiting too long for updates but some of them are really short and not satisfaction at all, don't lose focus from master piece by starting too many projects , this one is your best and 4get about what other stupid ppl will say, you did best job here by not letting us fucking mom after 2 updates only like 97% of the games here...

This must be the game with the most renders i've ever played! And the quality is excellent.
Basically the game isn't very original. A middle-aged woman who up to the beginning of the game behaves like a good housewife and a mother, in a matter of a few weeks is about to have sex with half the town including her children for whatever reason. The model Sophia is amazingly beautiful, just like most of the female characters of this game.

Pros
Renders in high quality and quantity
A lot of content
Some genuinely interesting and original storylines like the boy next door having a crush on his milf neighbour and trying to cop a feel during music or other lessons.
I guess there are routes where you decide if the mother goes filth or stays faith or is interested in women, but if you try to play the faith route you don't see much content.
No sex immediately, but building up the relationship with every possible candidate. For some characters that works, although it can get a bit frustrating.

Cons
While you can't see some scenes if the mother isn't filth enough, i would like the same to happen if she's faith enough. But now in order to see the full scenes, you always have to go with the filth one.
I don't get the point of having her son lusting after her since there's the neighbours boy also lusting after her and it's practically the same storyline for both.
Sophia acting as if she's never considered that someone might find her attractive because she's married and a mother is a stupid logic.
Her son is stupid and his storyline boring. I get the necessity of incest but he's an arsehole.

The worst negative though for me is that there are too many characters. The possible characters that Sophia can have sex with are, her children, her children's friends, her neighbours, her mailman, her brother-in-law, the constructor workers, her sister, her gym instructor, her coworker, her students, her student's parents, school workers, old guys in a clinic, random creeps, random college students, etc. This is insane! And i bet until the end more characters will appear!

I would rate this game as 3/5, but i give 5 stars because of the renders. It shows that this game is a result of a lot of effort and i respect that.
