Can you share your save data, please? I'm having difficulty getting the 'Convince Isabella' ending. I've already done everything, everyone at 11 hearts except mom with 13. Also, I've done both of Leslie's and Sasha's scenes.

Thanks a lot! Although it's a bit incomplete because Sasha's quest line is untouched, I still get to see the 'Convince Isabella' ending.

Now, I'm on the impression that that one ending is impossible to attain without tinkering the files. Unless I missed something, that ending can't be achieved with just completing Isabella's quest line.

No, it’s definitely achievable in the version of the game you’re playing

All you need to do is:

1. Achieve max affection for all the heroines (I think it was 13 for Mom, and 11 for everybody else)

2. Sleep with all the main heroines enough times to make them obsessed/addicted to you (this includes Isabelle)

This isn’t a proven fact, but my estimate is that you need to have sex with each of the individual ladies at least 10 times to get the “true best” ending (and, by “sex”, I mean vaginal penetration)

Talk is a useless stat, it doesn't help you with anything

But if you really want to max it out, you can read books in the bookshelf next to the kitchen in your home

Doing this twice will increase your Talk level by one, and you can increase your Talk by two levels at most (meaning you have to read the books four times in total)

Keep in mind that reading the books will pass one segment of a day, just like most other activities in the game

According to the walkthrough the Sister Afffection level can be raised to 12 but whenever I tried sleeping with her it was only 11. It never increased past 11.
