Depends where you live, but looks like game maps can be copyrighted. So if they're custom maps and not a map that's for sale and used out of the box, probably not. If you're still serious about it, consult a lawyer, don't rely on people on the internet who don't even know how Algerian law works. Though porn is illegal in Algeria, so I don't know why you worry about reuse of someone else's assets.
