This is a very interesting game, but it needs some sanity settings for some things... 9 actual in game months for pregnancy is kinda fucking crazy, can there be a setting to make it at least 2-3x faster? Have default be 9 months still just let there be an option for people who don't want super realism in this area, same as STDS are optional etc.

OK, some suggestions.
"Freinds" at univeristy, the options to exchange phone numbers and to "invite to your room" would be nice in conversations.
Also exchanging phone numbers with neighbours.
The idea is that if you move, you can still stay in touch. Also possibly invite round for a party.
Another idea, change number, to clear contacts on phone (option to transfer each contact across to new phone).

Don't worry. Until the MC gains experience, operational mistakes are inevitable. MC may even have to change airlines. Without mistakes there is no experience and no progress. Later, when experience reaches a certain value, mistakes will become a rare occurrence.

Is there any plan to implement a unique reputation system and more interactions when prostituting in the avenue? I.e. customer wants the mc in group sex, mc gives the reasonable price and the customer haggles for a discount, if mc constantly agrees to cheap price she has a reputation as a cheap whore. And if mc only agrees for group sex constantly she gets reputation for only engaging in group sex.
I seen the game on Albedo site years ago with some addons like inhabitable (sorta) basements and ability to travel to Dubai and even rent yacht and meet Somali pirates and DAESH/ISIS (banned in Russian Federation) when you rented car in desert and went to Saudi Arabia and travel also to India, game had huge potential back then but then the laws in Russia changed and original maker disappeared. Would love to see the game on steam one day I prefer to pay for games once and Patreon is not business I am eager to support due to its censorship and reaping of creators but if it means game will be developed so be it.

- Taught the NPCs on the streets and locations of the city to react to the MC's outfit. They can now see if the MC is not wearing outerwear or dressed in housewear. They also now react to sexually explicit MC outfits, which will reflect on her reputation. Recall that if the MC is rarely in an area of town, to the NPC she is just a stranger who is dressed strangely or provocatively, and her reputation is not substantially damaged in this case. Things change when the MC lives or works in a particular neighborhood for a long time, then the NPCs may get information about her and the MC's reputation will begin to differ from the original.
Examples of some passerby reactions:
